Thursday was a Sea Day as we crossed the Mediterranean from Spain to Rome. The sea was rocking and rolling however we managed to enjoy a pleasant afternoon with a Celebration of Cruising!
The pastry chefs created 8 cakes. 7 represented the continents and a special flag of the Philippines was designed because of the tragedy that has affected many of the crew on board the Holland America ships.
